it has extremely spacious rooms with a laptop-size safe, flat-screen tv and a microwave. the hotel offers good and great location in a quiet neighborhood. there's hamburguesas toby at walking distance from the property, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

I really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to a good supermarket and the center of Santa Cruz. I also liked dining at Los Castores Salteneria, which was only a short walk from the hotel. everything was just great.

A great supermarket is also nearby, giving guests easy access to necessary supplies. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfying each morning. the rooftop pool was a nice touch, providing a spot to relax and enjoy views of the city.

Had a great time celebrating New Year's Eve in this hotel! the staff was really friendly and helpful, and they even offered us two complementary snacks that were delicious. the location was perfect, in the heart of the city, near many bars and restaurants. the rooftop pool was amazing! There was no better way to start the New Year than enjoying the breathtaking view of the city from the pool.

We spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The shower had a steady supply of hot water which was great. The best aspect was the location which was close to many restaurants and a famous tourist attraction. The breakfast was also very good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Although the kitchen had a fridge and a microwave, it lacked enough cooking utensils, which made cooking meals a bit challenging.
